Direct access to the river is made easy thanks to an access ramp: beware you may come across a beaver or a boat wandering along the water!
Fishing in the river
The Tarn gorges are also renowned for their clear waters, meanders and rocks which are hiding places for fario trout, pike, bleak, common perch and gudgeon. Fishermen, come and take advantage of this aquatic fauna and this idyllic setting to indulge your passion in a relaxing way, with a cork or with a fly for the more sporty. So grab your sticks and enjoy the catch of the day on the campsite barbecues.
The beauty of the natural setting makes the Gorges du Tarn one of the main French references for river fishing.
Swimming in the river
Let us take you on a journey back to our roots! An invitation to swim on the hottest summer days: it’s hot… Get out the jerseys! Listen to the musicality of the water ricocheting off the top of the rocks. Indulge in the pleasures of swimming in the natural environment!
Finally free to practice wild swimming but beware of the little ones. The vigilance of parents is necessary.
